Welch Engineering L.L.C is owned and operated by Glenn and Stacy Welch. Welch Engineering specializes in Home Inspections but we are also registered and licensed in engineering, electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. We are the only Home Inspection company in Georgia to be licensed and certified in all areas of home inspection. Our education is not the only thing that makes us the best; our dedication and hard work push us past all the competition.

We are candidate number 212482 of the American Society of Home Inspectors. We are registered in engineering, license number 15071. We have an unrestricted Georgia Electrical Contractor's license, number EN-8273, unrestricted Georgia Master Plumber's license, number M-4053, an unrestricted Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor's license, number CN-5823.

A retired engineer and lawyer, Glenn Welch has the most qualifications for Home Inspections in Georgia. Year after year we strive to get better, not just for ourselves but for your benefit. Through our continued hard work and dedication we hope that we can build a friendship with you, your family, and your neighbors.

We are currently located about 30 miles north of Atlanta on Bridgemill Avenue. Our work is licensed, insured, and guaranteed!
